Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between monthly maintenance and fixed-price fixes?
Maintenance prevents: steady updates, backups and checks reduce problems. A fixed-price fix solves a problem that is already there. Those whose site matters for their business usually choose maintenance and call us for the rest.
Do the fixed prices apply to WooCommerce too?
Yes for site down, malware, speed and emails. Updating a site that has fallen behind costs €249 for WooCommerce, because basket, payments and shipping need more checks. PrestaShop stores have their own pricing page.
Does malware removal also close the vulnerability?
No. Removal (€179) gets rid of the infection, and the report states the most likely entry point. Closing the hole is often development work, such as replacing an abandoned plugin, and is billed hourly or from a package, with a quote first. For PrestaShop, Joomla, Drupal and Magento removal costs €349 and also covers closing the hole when an update or a configuration change within one hour of work is enough.
Do you work on my current hosting?
Yes, in most cases access to the WordPress dashboard and the hosting is enough. If the hosting is the limit, for speed or security, we'll tell you.
Do you also do design changes or new content?
No, we handle the technical side: uptime, security, speed and updates. For design and content we work with your agency or web designer.
