PrestaShop support and development
A PrestaShop store lives on modules, updates and orders that must always go through. When something jams you notice right away: an error after an update, a payment that fails, a catalogue that slows down right in the middle of a sale.
We cover both sides: we write modules and integrations and we run the servers the store sits on. You can hand us the monthly maintenance, call us for a fixed-price fix or ask us to build what is missing.
There is one rate, €75/hour, the same for systems work and development. The most common fixes have a fixed price listed below, so you know what you spend before we start.

Fixed-price fixes

Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between a store update and the upgrade to PrestaShop 9?
The €249 update brings core and modules to the latest release of the version you already have, for example from 8.1 to 8.2. Moving from 1.7 or 8 to 9 is a bigger jump and costs €600, up to 15 third-party modules; modules without a compatible version are adapted from €180 each.
Does malware removal also close the hole?
Yes, if an update or a configuration change within one hour of work is enough: it is included in the €349. If within 30 days the store is reinfected through the same hole we closed, we clean it again at no cost. If more is needed, such as replacing an abandoned module, we stop and give you a quote.
Where should I start?
With the store check-up (€240): version, modules, security, speed and backups, with a report of priorities and costs. If you go ahead with us within 30 days the price is deducted from the work, and with packages of 10 hours or more it is included without using any hours.
Do you build custom modules?
Yes: modules from €900, links to management software or ERP from €2,200, always with hooks and overrides and never by editing the core, so the store stays upgradable.
Do you work on my current hosting?
Yes, in most cases access to the back office and the hosting is enough. If the hosting is the limit we'll tell you, and if you like we can run the server too.
