Do you also build software and e-commerce features?
Yes: backends and APIs with Laravel/PHP and Vue, plus custom development for WooCommerce, PrestaShop and Magento - plugins, integrations and bespoke features.
Can I hire you for development only, without server management?
Yes. Development and management are independent services: you can pick just one, although they work best together.
Do you only work on Linux?
Mostly Debian and Ubuntu; on request AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux, Arch Linux and others. On the cloud we work mainly with Google Cloud, alternatively AWS and DigitalOcean, and on request Azure, Hetzner and OVH. We also handle containers.
How does the quote work?
It is free. Tell us the problem, we reply with a clear plan and an indicative "from X" price.
Do you offer ongoing care?
Yes, on a monthly retainer: monitoring, updates, tested backups and a single point of contact.
Do you manage WordPress and e-commerce sites?
Yes, on both fronts: maintenance, hosting and security, but also custom plugin, theme and integration development.
How fast do you respond?
For ongoing care, response times are fast; for blocking emergencies we step in the same day. Night and holiday emergencies are covered by monthly on-call retainers, with limited seats.
Does the data stay in the EU?
Yes: we work with European providers and datacenters, encrypted backups and attention to GDPR compliance.
Can I migrate from another provider?
Yes: we handle the migration of servers, sites and mail with minimal downtime and a rollback plan.
