Yes. Development and management are independent services: you can pick just one, although they work best together.
Do you only work on Linux?+
Mostly Debian and Ubuntu; on request AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux, Arch Linux and others. On the cloud we work mainly with Google Cloud, alternatively AWS and DigitalOcean, and on request Azure, Hetzner and OVH. We also handle containers.
