Corso 101: a PrestaShop e-commerce for Italian wines and specialities

Corso 101 is the online shop of Vulpitta Dolciumi, a long-standing Rimini business specialising in wines, sweets, chocolate and spirits at wholesale prices. The goal was to bring a broad, layered catalogue online while keeping the reliability of the physical shop.

init.d built the e-commerce and looks after its infrastructure:

• Store development on PrestaShop, with a catalogue organised by category and brand.
• Shipping, payment methods and order management configured.
• Hosting on Google Cloud with Nginx web server and MySQL database tuned for a large catalogue.
• Server hardening, TLS certificates and tested backups.
• Ongoing system administration for updates and performance.

The online shop complements the established business and takes it to the national market, shipping across Italy. init.d remains the single point of contact for development, hosting and maintenance.
